3W Trideation, LLC is a joint venture with a highly regarded Chicago-based marketing, communication, brand-consultancy….Magnani Continuum Marketing.

We are a newly launched marketing-communication agency, concentrating on the distribution of promotional products. We are moving quickly to build our future team, and are committed to an industry leadership strategy, with the support of a powerful array of alliance partners, including NIKE, Norwood Promotional Products, Wilson Sporting Goods, and Crystal Signatures and the renowed artisian Peter Yenawine. We conduct business primarily within the growing $16 billion promotional products industry. Our primary category of focus is "on-product-marketing/messaging", commonly referred to as "Promtional or Logo Products."

THE JOB FOR WHICH WE ARE RECRUITING:

We are looking for 3 independent, commission-based Account Executives for the following markets: Chicago, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton and Louiville. Our targeted clients will be mid-large size corporations, and organizations. Our Account Executives will be proficient at identifying the promotional marketing and communication needs of our clients, and then providing uniquely tailored solutions for those needs. Our special focus is ROPAC, or "Real-On-Product-Advertising-Communication". It is essential, that these ROPAC solutions be effectively integrated, into the overall marketing/messaging campaigns of our clients. Examples would include corporate logos, brand slogans, brand/product key-message-points, and internal employee directed communication, i.e…. incentive, award and recognition. We are offering a truly unique long-term, ground-floor career opportunity. As a result of our powerful group of alliance partners, we are in a unique leadership position of "paradigm-shift" change, and need "creative-solutions-based" selling professionals to assist us in building, and executing our strategy.

DESCRIPTION OF IDEAL CANDIDATES:

• Experienced in selling promotional ideas/ products, or printing.
• Experienced in creating, and selling employee motivation/recognition programs.
• Wishes to be part of "ground floor" team building organization.
• History of success in commission-based B2B selling of services.
• Ideally…possesses decision-maker contacts with major clients.
• May have existing "book" of promotional marketing/ products or printing business.
• Would like assistance in growing this business; (with assistance from our alliance partners).
• BA/BS Degree preferred; marketing-communication related majors.

COMPENSATION OVERVIEW:
